This exploit abuses Java and also installs a variety of malware to effectively cause your browser to visit sites that will ultimately financially benefit the hackers. At this point the group behind this attack on the Yahoo servers is unknown and Yahoo is aware of the situation. At one point over 28000 new infections per hour were occurring.
